We want every event with Rob Macs Magic to run smoothly and be full of fun and amazement!

Below is a brief summary of our key terms - the full document can be viewed or downloaded at the link provided.

Booking & Payment

• A 10% deposit secures your booking.

• The remaining balance is due in full 1 week before the event.

• Payments are handled securely through PayPal

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 3+ weeks before the event are refundable (minus deposit).

• Bookings made within 3 weeks of the event become non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 7 days are strictly non-refundable.

Performance

• Rob can personalise magic to your event (weddings, engagements, corporate events, etc.).

• Please share details when booking if you'd like a custom performance.

Media Consent

• With your permission, photos or short video clips may be used for social media or website promotion.

• You can opt out anytime by contacting us.
